Kristoff Colinayo

Kristoff began his career in industrial distribution after graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Industrial Distribution. During his time at A&M, he completed a capstone project focused on internal operations and data analysis, which gave him practical exposure to how distributors evaluate and improve internal processes. He also gained customer-facing experience through his internship, where he saw firsthand how sales and customer relationships are built and supported. In his role at TEC Sales, Kristoff supports the sales and account management team through order processing, data entry, and customer account support. He is motivated by opportunities to continue developing his technical knowledge of distribution products and strengthening his communication with both customers and teammates.
